Buying a Results Checker on SellePins: Payment and Delivery Guide
Choose a compatible checker, review your order, complete payment and recover delivered details using your order reference and phone number.

Choose the product for your examination
Open the SellePins storefront and read the product description. Check the examination category, availability and displayed price. If you cannot establish compatibility with your candidate record, ask support before paying. An old blog price should not override the checkout total.
Review the order details
Enter an email address you can access and the phone number you want associated with the order. Review the quantity and total before leaving for payment. Keep the SellePins reference when it appears; it identifies the purchase if you lose the confirmation page.
Complete the available payment flow
Use the methods shown in the live checkout. If paying through a mobile-money approval prompt, check the amount and recipient information on your own device. Never send a payment PIN or OTP to support. A debit notification alone does not establish that delivery is complete.
For USSD purchasing, use the current instructions on SellePins' USSD page rather than a shortcode copied from an old article. Keep the order reference delivered through that process and the phone you purchased with.
Retrieve a completed purchase
After successful payment verification and fulfilment, use Retrieve Order with the order reference and customer phone number. Ghanaian local and country-code phone formats are accepted by the updated retrieval form. A provider's separate transaction ID may not be your SellePins order reference.
If confirmation is delayed
Before paying again, check the order page and contact support with the reference, approximate payment time and a description of the problem. Do not post the delivered checker credentials publicly. Buying a checker does not release a withheld result or guarantee admission.
