WAEC Examination Registration: School and Private Routes

Examination registration creates an entry for a sitting. It is not the same as buying a voucher to view an existing result. Before you fill in a form, establish who is responsible for your entry and which category you are registering under.

WAEC Ghana's registration directory separates school and private services and includes the business examinations. Follow the route matching your circumstances. A login intended for school administration should not be treated as a general candidate sign-up form.

Ask the person responsible for examinations how candidate details will be checked before submission. Bring your name, date of birth and intended subjects in a clear written form. Ask how you will receive confirmation and how to report an error while corrections are still possible.

Read the current instructions for the chosen sitting before starting. Check the announced fees, documents and closing dates on the official service. Do not infer this year's deadline from a previous year's article or an undated screenshot.

Compare the spelling of your name with the documents you will use later. Review the subject selection and any centre information shown. Keep a copy of the confirmation and receipt where you can retrieve them. If a detail is wrong, use the specified correction route instead of creating repeated entries as an experiment.
