WAEC Results Portal Not Opening: Diagnose the Connection First

A results page that does not open is a different problem from a page that loads and rejects a PIN. Identify what you can actually see before changing candidate details or making another purchase.

Is the page blank, is the browser reporting a connection error, or does the portal show a readable message? Note the address and the time. If the problem occurs after Submit, preserve the exact response rather than describing it only as “the internet is not working”.

Try opening a familiar, unrelated website. If that also fails, investigate the connection first. If other pages open, return through WAEC's official directory to avoid relying on an obsolete bookmarked route.
