Payments are processed through payment service providers such as Hubtel and Paystack, depending on the checkout. SellePins receives transaction status and reference information but does not need your mobile money PIN or full payment-card credentials. We may use hosting, email, analytics, advertising and security providers where necessary to operate the service.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Essential storage supports security and core website functions. With your permission, analytics technologies help us understand website use and advertising technologies may measure or personalise advertising. You can accept, reject or change optional choices through Cookie settings in the footer.

Google advertising and your choices

When Google ads are enabled on this website, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to SellePins or other websites. Google advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalise ads using those visits, subject to your choices and applicable consent requirements.

You can manage or opt out of personalised Google advertising in Google My Ad Center. You can also review participating companies and their opt-out choices at YourAdChoices. Opting out of personalisation does not necessarily remove all ads.

The Cookie settings link controls SellePins' optional analytics and advertising measurement choices. Newsletter subscriptions and device notifications are separate, optional choices; accepting cookies does not subscribe you. You can unsubscribe from emails using their unsubscribe link and manage device notifications through the website controls or your browser settings.

After a completed purchase, Google Customer Reviews may offer you the choice to receive a survey. If you opt in, SellePins shares the order reference, confirmation email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date with Google so it can send the survey.

5. Retention and protection

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for orders, customer support, security, accounting and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw marketing consent or ask questions about how your information is handled. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed.

7. Children

Where a user is not legally able to agree to these practices independently, a parent or guardian should assist them. We do not knowingly request more personal information from children than is needed to provide the requested service.
