Before paying for a school-placement service, establish what the payment buys. A result checker, an official placement record and a private assistance booking are different things. A seller's use of an official logo is not evidence that the seller controls school allocations.
School Placement Services: Check Official Claims Before Paying
Understand the difference between official school placement and paid assistance, and check a seller's claims before making a payment.
Start with the official placement record
Use CSSPS to identify the service available for your candidate. Follow the portal's current requirements. Do not use an old vendor list or an undated advert as evidence that a particular purchase is required today.
How to assess an approval claim
If a business calls itself an approved vendor, ask for the current official notice identifying that business and the specific service covered. Check who published it and when. Approval for one product would not, by itself, establish authority to allocate a school or resolve every portal error.
An earlier version of this page listed vendors without sufficient current supporting evidence. That list has been removed. This page does not claim that SellePins is an officially approved CSSPS vendor.
Read the promise before sending money
Identify the total amount, contact route and expected confirmation. Ask what happens if the service you need cannot be completed. Be cautious about promises of a guaranteed school, priority access or grade changes; do not treat a payment receipt as proof of official placement.
What SellePins offers
SellePins offers an optional placement assistance booking. Check the displayed price and terms before paying. The booking confirms assistance from SellePins, not a school allocation or an official CSSPS fee. You can use the official portal without purchasing this assistance.
Keep useful evidence
Save the service description, your receipt and the reference provided. If you need support, explain which service you bought and which stage failed. Never send your mobile-money PIN or payment OTP to a person offering help.
