Nov/Dec Results: Match Your Private-Candidate Sitting

If you took WASSCE as a private candidate, start with the exact sitting shown on your registration record. The familiar name “Nov/Dec” is not a substitute for checking the year and examination category offered by the official portal.

Create a short note for each sitting: year, category as registered, index number and where you stored the registration confirmation. If you have attempted a subject more than once, do not assume that an earlier index number or voucher applies to the newer record.

Start from WAEC Ghana's results directory and follow the WASSCE route. Select the option corresponding to your actual registration. Read the live form before entering information, especially where school and private categories are separated.

On SellePins, read the product description before buying a checker. If the listing does not clearly cover your sitting, ask support first. Keep any answer with your order receipt. This is more useful than buying several products because their names sound similar.

If you already paid, try order retrieval before making another purchase. Use the reference issued by SellePins and the phone number attached to that order; a separate mobile-money transaction number may not be the order reference.

Save the result with its sitting identified. When an institution accepts more than one sitting, follow its own instructions for submitting those records. Do not merge screenshots into something that looks like a single official result, and do not assume every institution applies the same combination rules.

Check the category and year again, then retain the exact error for an official enquiry. A retailer can investigate a purchase; it cannot change the examination record. Keep private candidate details out of public comments.
